Spring Tasks

  • Inspect roof and gutters after winter ice
  • Service air conditioning before first heat wave
  • Check grading and downspouts for drainage away from foundation
  • Test sump pump if applicable
June to August

Summer Tasks

  • Replace HVAC filters monthly during heavy use
  • Inspect deck, patio, and exterior caulking
  • Trim vegetation away from siding and HVAC units
  • Check hose bibs and irrigation for leaks

Fall Tasks
